Anti-Fraud Statement

Anti-Fraud, Bribery & Corruption Statement

The RFU is committed to conducting business in accordance with the highest ethical and legal standards and expects any person who is associated with the RFU (including agents, contractors, suppliers and other third parties who perform or provide services for, to or on behalf of the RFU) to do the same. It has a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud, bribery and corruption, and takes prevention of these offences extremely seriously.

The RFU has established robust fraud, bribery and corruption prevention measures, and aims to foster a culture of openness, transparency and empowerment to reject fraud, bribery and corruption in any form (including providing access to different mechanisms for reporting suspected or alleged offences).

Any persons associated with the RFU are required to act honestly and with integrity, to prevent all forms of fraud, bribery and corruption, to safeguard the assets and resources of the RFU and ensure that any profit based on, or assisted by, fraud, bribery or corruption is rejected in every instance. This is both an ethical and legal obligation.
